Keep in mind, I’m no health expert. Please consult your doctor before trying this. It works for me, it may work for you too.
I usually use a water bottle and add a few drops of bragg apple cider vinegar, fill the bottle up with water, sprinkle cayenne pepper, and add a lemon for taste. It has an acquired taste but eventually you’ll get use to it. I usually drink some of the mix in the morning, midday, and then at night (the same water bottle) – but see what works for you.
The combination of apple cider vinegar, lemon and cayenne pepper helps to speed up your metabolism. It also helps clean your system out. You should also drink plenty of water throughout the day. I exercise sometimes, I could be more committed.
I prefer to drink this over detox teas but do what works for you. Hope this helps!
