For over 14 years Kelis has been teasing fans about her delicious milkshake that has all the guys craving over her. But what’s in her tasty shake?

Kelis, who pursued her degree in culinary from Le Cordon Bleu after she left her record label back in 2007. Reported on CBS, Kelis enjoyed taking a break from the music world for a while.
“It was the first time in my life that I could take that kind of time off from music,” she said. “I had a great time. It’s nice because your brain can learn new stuff and be ignited by something new. It’s a good feeling.”
Kelis opened up a pop up restaurant in London and is working on adding more sauces to her sauce company.
To celebrate national chocolate milkshake day, she finally unveils her famous “milkshake” recipe:
3 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
8 oz Ginger Beer
4 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
5 pieces Candied Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Chili Cinnamon Sugar mix (1:1:1 ratio)
Ginger Infused Whipped Cream for Garnish
Combine Baileys, ginger beer, chocolate ice cream, candied ginger and cayenne pepper in a blender with a cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into glass rimmed with chili-cinnamon-sugar.
Top with ginger-infused whipped cream and a piece of candied ginger.
