#HealthTipTuesday 🌱 THIS Is Why You Should Stop/Limit Using The Microwave

I’m a little late learning about this but microwaves are SO dangerous! Not only does it take away nutrients from food, it also causes cancer. I know it’s hard sometimes if we’re in a rush but if you plan your time while your at home, you can definitely heat up your food in the toaster over/oven/or stove top, at least try. 🙏🏽❤️
