‘Black-ish’ star Marsai Martin is a role model for every young black girl out there. She’s LIVING PROOF that anything is possible. The 14 Y.O actress signed a production deal with her company, Genius Productions.
She inked a first-look deal with Universal and will develop scripts for them, alongside her parents. Huffington Post reports that the first project being devolved “is a comedy about a teenage girl, played by Martin, adjusting to life with a new stepmother called “StepMonster.” Martin will also be starting in an upcoming comedy film that she executive produced, “Little” which also stars Regina Hall and Issa Rae.
