Eric Holder, Nipsey Hussle’s suspected killer was charged last month.
Chris Darden had plans on representing him but now those plans are a done deal.
If you remember the OJ Simpson trial, then you’re familiar with who Darden is. He was the prosecutor in the case.
Many people were shocked and annoyed that he would defend the alleged killer of Nipsey Hussle Tha’ Great. According to several reports, Darden has decided to step down from the case. On Friday (May 10), it would be his last time appearing in court on Holder’s behalf.
It’s a strong possibility Darden stepped down for safety reasons. According to TMZ, he received a lot of death threats when he took on the case.
Holder remains in jail and will need new representation.
